Connecting from the phone to Windows computer

I'm trying to connect to ftp-server(filezilla) from iphone to windows computer, but it doesn't connect, while with the same settings on ftp-client on iphone it connects to linux system on the same computer. Any ideas? What configuration do I have to do with Filezilla server program?

Could the Windows Firewall be blocking the connection?

How to configure Windows firewall for Filezilla?... Yes I had to unblock Filezilla in Windows firewall, but additionally I had to add a Windows user(me) and password, and after this it worked, it connects remotely from phone.
