Hello,
I have a problem and need help. Is it possible to give the FileZilla Server a URL directly as a storage location (mynas \ sharedfolder_1), or does the folder have to be included as a network drive?

No, FTP cannot be accessed directly and has to be processed through an FTP client of some sort. Windows has limited support for adding FTP resources as network locations. This uses the IE Trident engine, with all its shortcomings (like not supporting FTP over TLS).
