You need to update to the latest version of FileZilla Server before you can get further help. Actually, upgrading to the latest version is a precondition here, as only the latest version is supported. The latest FileZilla Server is 0.9.60, ATM.

Can you please assist why we get the 426 Connection closed; aborted transfer of ? This occurs once we use LFTP client with segmentation option (pget -n 6, where 6 is the number of segments)

Sadly your client creates bogus incomplete logs. What is written in the server log, which incidentally isn't improperly abbreviated?
