see, down.oad, or upload with another computer in remote place

When I put my computer which is also used as a web-server on, FizillaServer says the following.
FileZilla Server 0.9.60 beta
Copyright 2001-2016 by Tim Kosse (tim.kosse@filezilla-project.org)
https://filezilla-project.org/
Connecting to server localhost:14147...
Connected, waiting for authentication

I guess the quote above means fileZillaServer is correctly on.
Now what?

With another computer in remote place, I like to see the directories and files in my computer which has installed FileZilla Server, especially in htdocs of the web-server
How can I see, download, or upload directories and files with the other computer in remote place?

Should I install FileZilla Client in the other computer?

1. Create an FTP account in the server software and share your desired directories.
2. Read and follow the Passive mode part of Network Configuration in order to configure the server and network for remote access.
3. Install an FTP client (like FileZilla) on the remote PC and use it to access the server (using the server notwork's external IP).
