FTPS outside access

I have my ftps server "filezilla server" set perfect. Using a generated certificate and password.

So, I can access my ftps from internally of the network from two smartphones, "both setup correctly to connect to ftps".

I disabled windows10 OS firewall and comodo free firewall. I disabled the NAT firewall and enabled dmz.

For the life of my I cannot connect to my PC by using verizon with wifi shutoff on the phones, I've tried using a vpn and connecting and still no progress.

I moved from one place using "metronet FIOS" to the other "Comcast", only difference in the settings is the IP change & ISP provider.

I changed the IP in android 10 andftp settings.

Then here are my port to port forwarding.

I've tried single port forwarding to to port to port forwarding.

I have instinct that verizon or comcast is blocking me.

I changed the IP section where it would retrieve external IP from filezilla to my static IP.

There is no need to forward UDP, FTP is strictly TCP.

What have you configured on the passive mode page of FileZilla Server?

For the passive data ports, you need to forward a range. One single port does not work.
