I am looking for SFTP server support of ECDSA Certs.

FileZilla Server does not support SFTP, assuming you mean FTPS (FTP over TLS).

Connecting to my FZ Server and displaying connection details reveals:

The key exchange is ECDHE-RSA. Elliptic Curve Crypto is positive, then. No idea if the specific ECDSA cert will work, though.
