Cannot connect to server

I am using the Filezilla Server for many years now and it is running great until today.
Until yesterday the server was running perfectly and yesterday evening I shut down the computer as usely.
This morning I started the computer, nothing changed, and when the Filezilla server was starting I got the message "Cannot connect to server"
I checked the services and nothing changed, the service was running and set to automatic.

Did you by chance change the administration port?
