It is incredible, that the problem of replacing files whose names or extensions have been modified with the upper and lower case letters in this program as many users have requested since previous years has not yet been resolved.
Will there be a solution?

What are you talking about, exactly? Windows did always have a case insensitive filesystem* and thus does not care about upper and lower letters. This is not an error and there's nothing to fix. Or are you talking about something different?

If I synchronize files from A to B by FTP, Filezilla does not synchronize, it gives an error, when an existing directory in B has changed the first letter in A to uppercase. I also have problems when the extensions of the files have been modified in A, they come out in upper case (before they were in lower case) Filezilla server gives an error. I have consulted 2 sources and they confirm that it is a filezilla error.

I have the exact same problem with another file sync program. In my case, the extensions of the files that are in capital letter, in the original location it does not copy them because they are in lowercase letter. Support tells me it is a known Filezilla server bug that they have tried with other FTP servers and that problem goes away. Any idea how to fix it?

Botg, Boco. I don't know if you have understood the above example. I would like Filezilla not to give an error, I would like that when Fillezilla sees that these files are called the same but with the difference of having some uppercase or lowercase letters, this gives the option to replace everything.

Hi sabio", unfortunately we have not received a response. I am looking for another program that will correct this error that Fillezilla has, as soon as I know more information I will write in the forum again.
This problem, is not only in the file extensions with upper or lower case letters but also in the file name. For example, today our backup software tried to modify the original file "NCONB623.doc" by "nconB623.doc" and Fillezilla gives an error, being a useless software for us since there are hundreds and thousands of files that it is no longer copying by not recognizing these changes.
If you know of other FTP software, please let me know.
