Anytime I try to quickconntect to the servers I get:
Status: Disconnected from server
Status: Resolving address of ftp.thinking-over.com
Status: Connecting to 66.96.162.130:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Error: Could not read from socket: ECONNRESET - Connection reset by peer
Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Waiting to retry...
Status: Resolving address of ftp.thinking-over.com
Status: Connecting to 66.96.162.130:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...

.. Same if I try to connect my site

I feel as though I have tried everything with the 'Network Configuration Wizard' settings too but continue to get timeout errors there too. Anyone have any tips?

Also getting this error:

Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

when I know for a fact that I am entering in the correct login ingo

Does the server know these are the correct login credentials?
