I am using Filezilla to upload images from 9 cameras on an assembly line can there be and issue with losing images if the cameras our sending images at the same time. I have assigned separate ports for each of the cameras

FileZilla Server can easily handle hundreds of connections and transfers at the same time. The limit is not there, but in the resources of the machine you installed it on. Namely CPU, RAM, disk and network capacities.
