Broken client-missing-argument-to cwd

Hi everyone
I need your help for my barcode scanner which after being migrated FileZilla server to windows server 2019 is giving me the error
Broken client, missing argument to CWD./
In fact the scanner can log ftp server but it cannot write within.

Your client sends a CWD command without argument. According to RFC 959 an argument to CWD is mandatory.
