I try to use *.bat script for CMD to connect with filezilla serwer. And have a error when i try to send a file

OPTS UTF8 ON
202 UTF8 mode is always enabled. No need to send this command.
USER symfonia
331 Password required for symfonia
PASS *****
230 Logged on
PORT 195,136,27,137,196,139
421 Rejected command, requested IP address does not match control connection IP.

How to aviod this error ?

Looks like your FTP client isn't configured correctly, it doesn't know its own IP address. Please check your client's manual for instructions.
