Comodo free firewall. I disabled it, i uninstalled it. Windiws 10 64 firewalls all interfaces disabled through cmd and check they are disabled.

Linksys ea9500 router. All ports forwarded.

I have Comcast Also with Comcast their modem is a router firewall. I have that disabled but I'm getting rid of it turning it back in the Comcast I have a new Motorola MB8611 DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem Arriving today.

So once I get that modem in I think the problem will be solved I just have a feeling it that damn Comcast modem/router bs interfering.

I will post back with results.

Are you actually offered full Internet access? Cable ISPs often only give you a private IP behind a ISP-operated NAT. In that case you cannot host any servers at all.

I knew it, comcast modem/router was blocking the connection even with its firewall disabled. ******* aholes. With my new Motorola MB8611 DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem I am connecting externally. WooHoo. damn comcast.
