The action cant be completed because the file is open in Filezilla Server

Hi Team,

I am getting this error while try to pull the files from the folder for further processing .But there is no running connectivity with users at that time but still getting the same error's (The action cant be completed because the file is open in FileZilla Server)..

When I am restarted the FileZilla service then only file get released and I am able to process the same.

You are requested to kindly provide me the solution for the same and the issue is rarely happened but hampering our production system.

I am attaching the screenshot for your reference as well.

Are you using any AV products that might choke on the file?

Hi botg,

No we are not using any AV products, What happened when files(txt) are coming and residing at specific folders then our SSIS tool is pull those file for further processing at that time that system error is occurred and unable to process those file and stuck for further processing. FTP server restart is the only option for the same. Will you please guide me how to avoid those kind of situation without restarting the FTP.

Need urgent help on this. If you can directly send me mail that's also helpful.

No antivirus product.

Error occurred sporadically.

Hi Team,

Need help in this issue..File is locked but users is not connected with Filezilla Server.Why its happening unable to understand.What could be the solution for the same.We are not able to copy delete move the file..

FTP server restart is the only option to release this file.But we cant do it frequently then there is a business impact.

Please help me.
