Protocol Error

I am trying to set up an SFTP on WordPress using FileZilla. Upon Installing FileZilla, I copied my SFTP credentials that I took from the corresponding fields in my WordPress SFTP Credentials section. When I click connect, the following happens infinitely.

Connecting to server sftp.wp.com:22...
Connected, waiting for authentication
Protocol error: Unknown protocol identifier (0x83 0x83 0x72). Most likely connected to the wrong port.
Connection to server closed.
Trying to reconnect in 5 seconds

Am I entering the wrong information into the server installation I want to administrate?

Err, well, I'm struggling where to start.

I am trying to set up an SFTP on WordPress using FileZilla.

Stop here. FileZilla Server does NOT support SFTP. It only speaks FTP and FTPS.
Furthermore, for administrating the FTP Server (has to be done locally, at least for the first time), you need to to use "localhost" and port 14147 (14148 for the new 1.x FileZilla Server). Again, FileZilla Server does not listen on port 22, as it does not support SFTP.
