Ban IP address after: 5 failed login attempts.
If they happen within: 3600 second
The ban will last: 3600 second

I tried 50 wrong logins / passwords and none blocked. The old version worked without problems.

Thanks for reporting the issue, the problem has been fixed. The fix will be available starting from the next nightly build and release.
