Two questions about the FileZilla Server

Hello.
I am currently connected to the internet via a router at my company.
This time, I installed FileZilla Server on a Windows 10 PC (Computer name is PC-A) in the company's local area network(private network).
I plan to set "port forwarding" on the router to connect to the company's FileZilla Server from the outside.
I have a question about the FileZilla Server Option FTP over TLS settings.
What should I enter in the "Common name (Server address)" text box when I click the "Generate new certificate" button?
As an example, if the WAN IP address of the router is xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and the LAN IP address of the router is 192.168.0.1 and the IP address (private IP address) of FileZilla Server is 192.168.0.10, what should I enter?
By the way, the WAN IP address is fixed. Also, I have not obtained a domain name.
Is it xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx to enter in the "Common name (Server address)" text box?
Or is it 192.168.0.1, PC-A, 192.168.0.10, or localhost? Or is it something other than these?
Another question is, can FileZilla Server be installed and used on Windows 11?
Thank you very much.
