Hello.

I am currently testing the new FileZilla Server (ver 1.1.0).
Please forgive my lack of study.
The question is, how do you enter the "Virtual Path" on the Users screen in FileZilla Server?
What kind of function is this?

With mouse and keyboard. Double-click to start editing, then type in the path, press Enter when done.

FileZilla Server uses a virtual filesystem under which files and directories are made available to users connected over FTP. The virtual path is the location in the virtual filesystem the native directory and its contents will be mapped to. This way what you see over FTP is independent from the structure of the underlying native filesystem, in particular users connected over FTP don't have to deal with drive letters this way,
