Need help!

I've doing this for 3 days and I've still not figure it out how to solve this. I went to https://ftptest.net and I always get the same message

Your server is working and assorted routers/firewalls have been correctly configured for explicit FTP over TLS as performed by this test. However there have been warnings about compatibility issues, not all users will be able to use your server.

For maximum compatibility, consider resolving these warnings.

I've check the Firewall, Port Forwarding, Firewall Router, I also even disable the Firewall on Windows and Router but nothing works! Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Your client isn't properly configured for active mode FTP. Please refer to our Network Configuration guide how to configure your client and NAT router for active-mode FTP.

You need to use Passive mode in the client, or all the server configuration is in vain.

The warning probably is about IPv6. Are you connected to the IPv6 internet, already?
