Hello guys,

i am using filezilla server 0.9.60 for scan purposes.
I`ve set up a scan user with a share folder. I am scanning via vpn to a remote server. VPN is working fine 24/7.

Unfortunately scan only works everyday after 10 am. I´ve activated logging and noticed, that before 10 am the document gets deleted after creation:

Do you have any ideas as to why this is happening?
Printer settings seem to be fine aswell.

It's the client itself deleting the file.

It's a well-known fact that FTP functionality in printers and scanners is of utterly terrible quality.

My best guess: Early in the morning the connection is too fast for the terrible scanner. Later that day when the office becomes busy and the Internet slows down under load, things become slow enough for the scanner not to fail.

Please update to a supported Server version, 0.9.60 is EOL.
