About connecting from FileZilla Client to FileZilla Server(ver 1.1.0)

Hello.
I am currently testing the new FileZilla Server(ver 1.1.0).
I am a beginner.
Please forgive my lack of study.
I have questions about connecting from FileZilla Client to FileZilla Server.
The network environment and how to connect to FileZilla Server are shown in Figure 1 of the attached file.
As shown in Figure 1 of the attached file, FileZilla Server is connected from both the private network (LAN) and the Internet (WAN).
In this case , which is the best setting for "Transfer mode" in "Transfer Setting" of FileZilla Client? (Please see Figure 2.)
Is it "Active" or "Passive"?
Which setting does not put a load on FileZilla Server?
I'm testing, but both the LAN side PC and the WAN side PC can connect using both "Active" and "Passive" modes.
Is it better to set the "Transfer mode" separately for the LAN side PC and the WAN side PC?
Please let me know if you have any good advice.
