My filezilla-server service is running under different account than SYSTEM.
After every upgrade it is changed to the SYSTEM account.
In my opinion the installer should not change it without asking.

It's in the plans to add support in the installer for an "upgrade" mode. As it is now, the installer just uninstalls whatever is already there and goes on with a new installation.
