Hello.
I am currently testing the new FileZilla Server (ver 1.1.0).
I am a beginner.
Please forgive my lack of study.
I think that the AutoBan function installed in FileZilla Server (Ver1.1.0) is a very good function, but the following description was given in the explanation of the AutoBan function of ver0.9.60 beta. (Please see the attached file. )
"Be advised that automatic banning can be abused for denial of service attacks, so use with care."
I want to use Auto Ban function, but I worry about the above sentence now.
Is the work of the Auto Ban function exactly the same as the previous version?
Have there been any denial of service attacks around the world yet?
Should I still be cautious about using the Auto Ban feature?
I'm looking forward to advice.

Re: Additional questions about AutoBan item of FileZilla Server (ver 1.1.0)
The list of automatically banned addresses can potentially consume huge amounts of memory, especially if using IPv6. If your system doesn't have enough RAM, the server may start thrashing or outright crash.
