User permissions affect all users

#1 Post by satnalon » 2022-01-08 19:47

Up to now I have only used one user in Filezilla 1.x.
Now, when creating another one, I see that the permissions do not apply only to the current user, but to all (at least in the configuration interface).
That is, the "enabled" checkbox, and the mounting points are changed when moving from one user to another, but the permissions apply to all. Is this correct, or do I have a problem? I am using 1.2

Greetings

Actually I think it does work (permission assignment). The problem is that the interface does not reflect it.

Yes it's a known bug. Also discussed in viewtopic.php?p=178968#p178968.

Easy workaround: After changing to a different user, click Add and Remove a mount point.
