Changing user password through ftp client (from FZ Server)

This is my second question on the Filezilla forums.

Can users of Filezilla Server 1.3.0 still not be able to change their passwords through ftp client?

(For Serv-U, users can change the password by entering the "SITE PSWD "[old PW]" "[new PW]"" command through the user command option of the FileZilla client.
However, in the case of FileZilla Server, the SITE command does not exist)

The syntax of SITE arguments is not standardized. Don't rely on unstandardized commands, they may do different things than what it may appear.
