FileZilla Server 1.4.1 -> Allow downloading of files which are open for writing by another process?

I am coming from 0.9.60 and I cannot seem to find the option:
"Allow downloading of files which are open for writing by another process?"
Previously it was under "Options -> Miscellaneous"

Please assist, many log files are open for writing thus this is really important to us.

FileZilla Server does not request exclusive access to files, as such this option has been removed as it would do nothing.
