Log File Time Option?

#1 Post by CrimpOn » 2022-09-18 21:20

I understand that times in the FileZilla log are in Universay Time Code (UTC), i.e. the same as Greenwich Mean Time.
This makes comparing activities in the log with files in the server unnecessarily complicated.
Is the a specific reason behind the decision not to allow times to be recorded as local time?

When the file is set to change daily, does FileZilla close the file and open a new file at midnight UTC?

Support of additional date formats is considered for a future version.

Yes, log files are rotated at approximately midnight UTC.
