SSH Library 1.8.0 encryption key with FileZilla Pro Enterprise Server

We are using FileZilla Pro Enterprise Server 1.5.2 and have a customer that is unable to access the folder we have created for them. Is it possible to configure the SFTP server to accept the encryption keys that they use which is SSH-2.0-libssh2_1.8.0?
