Auto Script Creation Users and Folders

Is there a method I can script the creation of users, password and their associated directory folder? For example, I have a folder named C:\Customers; and subfolders representing each Customer name, for example, ComA, ComB, ComC and so on. Instead of creating each user manually through the Administration interface, I would like to know if I can script this either by using some type of CVS file where a column would represent user|Password|VirtualPath| NativePath - etc. Any help is appreciated.
