How do I get to the interface?
I logged in using 127.0.0.1, 14148. And here I am, with no idea how to move forward.
I installed Filezilla Server. Now what?

You seem to be missing the menu bar, strange.
For a temporary workaround, try CTRL+F (or the Mac equivalent key combo) for configuration. CTRL+G for the Network Configuration Wizard.

That looks to be macOS, the menu is in the top bar which is not displayed in the screenshot.
I am not totally sure what's the question about: what is the "interface" being searched for? What is being displayed in the screenshot is the Administration UI. If what is being looked for is a way to configure the server, then from the "Server" menu item pick "Configure".
