how can i enable TLS 1.1?

TLS 1.1 has officially been deprecated and must no longer be used for security reasons. It's time to upgrade this antique client. Note that TLS 1.2 has been available for over 14 years already. Has the client vendor been living under a rock all this time?

See section 3 of RFC 8996 for the rationale why TLS 1.1 must no longer be used.
