Missing granular permission in 1.61

Hello,
I have upgraded from FileZilla Server 0.9x to 1.61. There's an anonymous login available allowing downloads (read-only) and there also used to be an upload directory.
In 0.9x, the upload directory has permission "List" + "Write". As a result, people could drop data but of course could not download these. In 1.61, the permission levels in the drop down box are not as detailed, just R/RW/None.
