"Closing Connection [code=0]" message when clients are trying to connect

#1 Post by Chipperchoi » 2023-01-13 20:31

Hello all,

Need some help on this as I am not finding any information regarding this code 0.

Is this an error code? the client's attempt to connect via SFTP (they provide their public key that I added to their user profile) but all attempts seem to fail with this message. No other message than that the connection closed.

This is on Server Pro that I have running. I tested this from my home by providing a Bitvise SSH key and that seems to be connecting fine but when the actual customer tries to connect, this is all I see in the logs.
