I tried to upgrade the old Filezialla Server 0.9.59 to the newest version 1.6.1. Unfortunately without success because no user data was taken over.

I reset the VM to the snapshot and tried the upgrade in smaller increments.

The version 0.9.59 could be upgraded to the 0.9.60 without any problems.

Now I want to upgrade to the next version 1.0.1. The installation seems to go through but I get some error messages "ECONABORTED" . Is there anything else that needs to be set?
Passive mode settings I have taken over as with the old Filezilla Server.

Where do you get that error, we need logs.

After the successful installation I get error messages in Filezilla itself. First it seems to convert the passwords and then the error message appears. See the print screen. I will try to upload a log soon.

You need to update to the most recent version, 1.0.1 is quite outdated.

I had to update Filezilla to the next older versions. A direct update from version 0.9 to the newest 1.6.1 did not work. This had to be done step by step. Only after that it worked. Now everything works.

Newest version = FileZilla Server 1.6.5, at time of writing.
