We're upgrading from an ancient version (0.9.59 beta) to the latest version and i've got a question about certificates and FTP over TLS.
In the old version, you have one place where the certificate is set:
In the new version, it's in 2 different places: Under Administration/Connection Security and under Protocol Settings/FTP and FTP over TLS(FTPS)
Is it just a matter of using the conversion tool to transfer settings and users to the new format and putting the certificate information in both options on the new server? Or is there a difference between the old and the new certificate settings?

Re: Certificate question in new FileZilla version
In the old version the administration protocol was unprotected, that is why there was no second option page for the administration interface's TLS setup.
FileZilla Server generates a self-signed certificate for the administration interface during installation, which should be sufficient for most use-cases.
