9.60 beta to 1.6.6?
Currently running Filezilla 9.60 beta to scan to a couple SMB shares. For upgrading to version 1.6.6, do I just install over the top or are there any specific files I need to backup and restore to get all the users to come across with the shared folders intact? It's only for internal use...
Re: 9.60 beta to 1.6.6?
FileZilla Server 1.6.6 automatically converts the configuration from 0.9.x
Backups are always recommended.

Re: 9.60 beta to 1.6.6?
You mean just grab a copy of the FileZilla Server.xml file prior to upgrading right?
Re: 9.60 beta to 1.6.6?
That backup would be for the case the migration to 1.x failed.
FileZilla Server 1.x is a new software, not a mere upgrade from an old version. Most of the settings and account data is migrated to the new storage format, which is NOT compatible to the old one. You should also have a backup of the new config directory (in ProgramData\filezilla-server) after you set it up.
