SFTP Setup behind SonicWALL

I have a client needing the SFTP Server connection for partner access. They have a SonicWALL SOHO in place. They have the SonicWALL Support License and SonicWALL has already logged in and made the necessary adjustments on their end. The Static IP is in the SonicWALL, not the server. I am hitting road block after road block trying to get the FileZilla Pro Enterprise Server configured to work for external connections. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
