After Server install windows shared dissappear?

Hello,

I manage a Windows Server 2012 R2 machine on which I installed filezilla server.

After install i'm getting strange behaviour... the existing windws shared dissapear.
I can reconfigure the shares but after a while they dissapear again.

I tried removing filezilla server, reinstall file services on the server but nothing helps.

They keep automatically dissapear (as in no longer exist).

Any thoughts?

Must be coincidence by chance. FileZilla Server does nothing to your shares.
