Problem to connect to console with IP different then 127.0.0.1

Hi,
I have install 1.6.7 and after the new 1.7.0 but I'm able to connect to console only from 127.0.0.1 IP, if I use the IPV4 of the PC the connection is refused.
The same if I try to connect to the console from another PC in the network.

I always got this error message:
<Date> Info [Type] Message
<11-05-2023 14:41:50> Admin UI [Error] Failed connection to server 192.168.11.20:33221. Reason: ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server.

Firewall is totally disable.
Filezilla installed as a SYSTEM
