thank u for ur answer i use the

FileZilla Client for Windows (64bit x86)
The latest stable version of FileZilla Client is 3.64.0

Antwort: 150 About to start data transfer.
Fehler: Zeitüberschreitung der Verbindung nach 20 Sekunden Inaktivität
Fehler: Verzeichnisinhalt konnte nicht empfangen werden
Status: Verbindung zum Server getrennt

Check that the configured passive mode port range is opened in your firwall. If you are using a NAT router, make sure the configured passive mode range is forwarded. If no range has been setup, the implicit range is 1-65535.
