Can't get Filezilla server to connect from outsize LAN

I used Filezilla while back, but recently upgraded to Windows 11.

I've been scratching my head for the past 3 hours trying to get the server to work, but am unsuccessful.
I can connect from the LAN, but not from the outside.

I have the windows firewall and port forwarding configured.
I tested the ports using Remote Desktop, so I know the rules work and the ports are not blocked from my ISP.
I was getting a warning saying I'd need to enable passive mode to access the server from the internet, and I did that.

When I try to connect with the FileZilla Client, it says:
Status: Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server".
Error: Could not connect to server

I've forward port 3333, are there other ports I need to configure?

I figured it out. Looks like I just had to add a firewall rule and port forward the range of ports for passive mode.
