migrating from 0.9 to latest version

I am using old 0.9 version of filezilla on windows 2012R2 and trying to install new filezilla on windows 2019.
But I noticed that latest filezilla does not use "filezilla server.xml" file.
is it possible to migrate settings including user/pwd, groups. permission etc to new version?

If the version 0.x was installed via the installer, it will happen automatically. Otherwise, have a read here: viewtopic.php?p=179838#p179838

Thanks for the reply.
I was able to convert and seems copied all the accounts.
But when I try to login, it says password is incorrect.
I am able to login to existing ftp server using the same credential but not the new one I am migrating to.
I am not sure where it went wrong.
