connection failed FileZilla Server
New Here. I'm trying to install FileZilla Server on a Windows 10 system. I'm pretty sure ! followed every step. I was at the connection verification and I got an ECONNREFUSED error message. Of course I can't configure anything as long as this connection verification fails. What should I do to fix that? What are the options or configuration I missed?

Is the FileZilla Server service started?
