Could not connect to server ERROR message

Could not connect to server ERROR message
I have been trying to log into my Filezilla all week and each time I keep getting the same error message.

Either there is no working server at that address, or FileZilla is being blocked by some firewall.

I have switched computers to see if the firewall was an issue and i am still getting the same error about the server. What would we need to do to be able to get the server working again?

If there is supposed to a server at that address, contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for assistance.
