Based on the screenshot you using the FileZilla Server Administration interface, attempting to administrate a remote instance of FileZilla Server running on another machine. Are you sure this is what you are intending to do?

I'm trying to create an FTP for my website. I can create the website it's just deploying it is my biggest problem. I'm not sure how to connect the domain to my website code, I have a domain with hostinger but I;m using FreeWHA to host. so I'm trying to figure out how it all gets connected so that I can get my website up on the internet. Can someone please help me or at least walk me through it step by step so that as you are telling me I'm actually doing it.

What type of hosting do you have?
If it is not a root or vps server, only the server administrator or server hosting provider can actually install an FTP server on the server machine. In order to access such a server, you need to use an FTP client, such as the FileZilla client.
