Logging not working

Running Filezilla Server 1.7.3
Logging is turned on - Level 2 - Warning
Service running as SYSTEM
SYSTEM has full read/write permissions of Filezilla directory
No log files being created at all
Any ideas?

Where does the FileZilla Administrative configuration show the log files are supposed to be stored?

I'm an idiot. I had "log output" set to "To standard error"

I like simple solutions. Carry on, and thank you
