Hello,
I have filezilla server version: 1.7.3 installed on Windows server.
Today filezilla abort connect with this message:
Code: Select all
<16-10-2023 10:12:57> FTP Session 178 95.255.155.180 bflive [Error] Data peer IP [95.228.100.177] differs from control peer IP [95.255.155.180]: this shouldn't happen, aborting the data connection.
I have searched on internet a solution, and I seen the only solution is: disable check ip.
But this option isn't in my administration panel.
How I could do resolve?

The IP check cannot be disabled, it's an important component of mitigating data connection theft.
Is the client by change behind a load balancer or some weirdly configured NAT router with multiple public addresses? Which FTP client software (product and version) is the client using?

Ok, thanks.
I don't know why client change ip. I will ask to user who has this problem.
Is there anything else I can do?

In general, use IPv6 if you can, it doesn't suffer from the use of NAT, so the addresses shouldn't change.
