License and reinstall

Hello,

We have purchased a license for Filzilla server pro, and activated it on a windows platform few weeks ago.
Meanwhile, we redefined the project scope and decided to use a linux platform for our server.
My question is: Will we be able to reuse the same first transmitted license for the Filezilla Server Pro linux verison?
..or should we ask for a new activation code?
