Not connect online

Hi all,have open virtual server to my modem,and not connect online,to my lan working,any help?

Is 60400 your primary listening port? You cannot directly connect to data ports.

Does your mobile provider support FTP? Many don't.
No support requests over PM! You will NOT get any reply!!!

hi!thx for write,my server port is 9821,my modem is new ant have virtual server,local working,not online,the server must have problen to virtual server by modems

Have you configured your router and/or firewall and/or NAT device to forward the passive port range?

Please, double check your connection settings. There must be something that is impeding outside clients to connect to the port that the server listens on when a passive transfer is requested.

You can use https://ftptest.net/ to check that your settings are alright.
