access from lan ip via public ip

we have a large local network, we see each other directly. they can see my public ip address without nat, I can see their local addresses

sory, That's not what I meant...I need a single option: if client source ip=192.168.3.1-254 - report my lan address in pasv reply(server address)

That already happens if you select "Use default host for local connections".
